TenderGuruji began with one frustrating spreadsheet. Three associates, four browser tabs each, copy-pasting tender notices into a shared Google Sheet at 11 p.m. — and still missing the one BOQ line that would have changed the quote.
We tried every existing Indian tender portal. They all suffered from the same three failures: stale data, shallow coverage of state and PSU portals, and no analytics on the 22 million-row goldmine that is already public — the historical results database.
So we built our own. TenderGuruji is the platform we wanted for ourselves: every portal, every BOQ line, every L1 rank — in one workspace, accessible to a fresher on day one and to a Director of Strategy on day three hundred.

A 22M-record query has to feel like a 220-row one. We obsess over indexing, caching and the boring infrastructure that makes the product feel weightless.

DPDP Act 2023, SOC 2 controls, audit-grade logging. We assume a procurement officer or an in-house counsel will read every contract we write.
